Lordsburg, NM to Silver City, NM

Today was a short day with a lot of climb. We started off at 7:45 with a 15 mile continual climb.  My legs were sore and felt weak from yesterday. When we started climbing towards the Continental Divide my legs kind of came out of it. They pedaled me up to the top. Once over the Divide we had a good down hill that I reached 40.6 mph on.  There was more climbing all the way into Silver City. I ended the 46 mile day at 12:30.
Once in town I went to the bike shop to get a new skewer so I could give Anna hers back. Rudy is all ready to go on Friday.  Tomorrow is a day off.

    1. Thanks! “It is down hill the rest of the way” is like saying “Iowa is flat” LOL! Silver City was an awesome town!
