Globe, AZ to Safford, AZ
It was 39 degrees at 8 this morning when we left Globe. The day had great weather, beautiful scenery and a tail wind! We had some roller hills but nothing too hard. The 75 miles was great alone time. I ran into two guys riding from Florida to San Diego. We talked about the route we took and then parted ways. I rode by myself for most of the day until we got to Pima. There I met up with a few other riders to go to Taylor's Freeze. They have great rootbeer floats! They also have a Coast to Coast wall. They take pictures of the coast to coast riders who stop in and put them up on the wall. Our picture will be up when they put the 2018 wall up. The final 8 miles to Safford went quickly. It was a beautiful 69 degrees when we arrived there at 1:30. Tonight is our last night in Arizona!

Two states down, almost, you are doing great. Look forward to seeing your name on the wall when I pass through.
