November Training
Here it is 13 weeks out from the start of the C2C ride.........time is flying by.
My training miles for November ended with 605 total miles. Zwift trainer miles were 538, outside miles were 67 and 11 days of cross training in the gym. At this point do I feel like I am ready....NO. I do feel I would be RAGBRAI ready though. So that gives me some confidence that at least I could make it through the first week. LOL I do feel that I am on schedule with my training though.
I recently received my Adventure Cycling maps in the mail. They give great detail on the Southern Tier route like restaurants, grocery stores, motels, bike shops, mileage, average weather as well as step by step directions along the route.
I made my flight reservation already. I fly out to San Diego on March 5th. I will stay a few days with my mom and then meet up with the team on the 7th. I have not made my return flight reservations yet. I will probably wait until January to do that.

This is where most of my training miles will be ridden using the Zwift app.
